Ngaire Lasika, Trustee
Ngaire has been involved in STRIVE Community Trust activities for many years and is the daughter of the late matriarch Te Paea Paro Muru (Sophie Muru).
Ngaire is closely linked to the Kingitanga and is a trusted advisor to King Tuheitia being the Kahui Ariki Maori Kings representative for this rohe (area). She is also a member of the Te Puea Memorial Marae Board of Trustees based in Mangere Bridge, Tamaki Makaurau. Ngaire works as the Administrator for Te Manukanuka O Hoturoa Marae and enjoys spending time with husband Lokanela, their three children and two grandsons.
In Ngaire’s spare time she enjoys her grandchildren, gardening, reading and travel.
